  Ingredients: Brown sugar, paprika, turbinado sugar, sea salt, onion, garlic, grains of paradise, yellow mustard, ancho chili, black pepper, marjoram, allspice, cayenne pepper
• Butcher Block--A Santa Maria style BBQ favorite. A Tri-Tip traditional rub but try it with any style beef, chicken, potatoes and vegetables.
  Ingredients: Course Sea Salt, Course Black Pepper, Garlic Granules, Onion Granules, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Parsley
• Bayou Voo Doo--A delightful Cajun blend for shrimp, fish, crab, pork and chicken. Use as a sprinkle for flavor on anything! Sprinkle on french fries, potatoes or vegetables. Let it work it's magic on anything that needs a Louisiana twist. As a rub, use 1 teaspoon per pound of meat.
