A deliciously different Middle Eastern blend traditionally used as a table condiment. Use with olive oil as a bread dip or as a rub for chicken, fish, lamb and vegetables.

Za'atar is a popular Middle Eastern condiment made from the dried herbs, mixed with sesame seeds, dried sumac, and salt. Commonly eaten with pita, which is dipped in olive oil and then za'atar. Za'atar is used as a seasoning for meats and vegetables or sprinkled onto hummus.

Ingredients: Sumac, course sea salt, sesame seeds, thyme, marjoram
